A Galaxy of Confusion
It was only a year ago when everyone else seemed to have a romance with Samsung and every Galaxy gadget that arrived on earth was met with joy and great excitement. I'm not quite certain why everyone was in love with Samsung only a year ago and the lust seems to have died down (almost entirely) as I am writing this.
The Galaxy SIV was unveiled amidst massive hype and huge advertising budget but revenue numbers have thus far been lacklustre. Lately, the Galaxy note phablet was rejuvenated with the newest generation - Note 3 - but I guess it has caught you unaware as very few bloggers elect to review it.
I'm not implying that I am a loyalist of Samsung however in the past month or two, I've been seeing a great deal of good stuff concerning the Note 2. A year ago, I was really craving for it but wasn't able to do so because my contract wasn't up for renewal yet. As a consolation, I told myself that if Note 2 is actually good, there'll always be Note 3 which (in theory) must be better and more exciting. Since my contract is almost up and time for decision making, I discovered Note 3 to be more than a little disappointment. Almost no one wants to talk about it and there can only be one reason for that and it's none other than lousy product. I am trying hard to change my perspective as I've been seeing so many of my friends using Note II and they are all happy about it making me think that this phablet is probably the only best alternative to iPhone.
So, what should I buy? Adhere to my initial plan and buy a Note 3? Or choose LG Optimus Vu?
